During this experience he lead a sales team of over 30 successful agents. With his knowledge of different types of investment opportunities he soon became drawn to the Real Estate Market and began his career in 2004, where he has remained as a successful broker. He has conducted over 1000 Real Estate transactions and has become one of Florida’s top listing agents and owner of Beach Town Real Estate, where in 2014 and 2015 they were voted fastest growing and most liked companies to work for. During his tenure as a Real Estate Agent, he has earned Executive Club and 100% Club rewards each year. Kirk understands how to negotiate a deal for both buyers and sellers by sticking to the economics.
